First of all, Rules are Rules
Also, PLEASE use ENGLISH cause its the universal language. (If you don't you will be warned or penalized depending on how many times you break it.)

1.) Don't be a Douch. Do not insult, flame, or just plain offend anyone. Don't curse. (If you need (?) to just censor it, and it's fine.)

2.) Stay On Topic. Stay on topic as much as possible.

3.) Don't Spam. Spamming means using the same words over and over again. Also Seriously unrelated posts or just plain stupidity and nonsense. Please don't break

4.) Don't Recreate Topics or Double Post. This includes making multiple topics too. It's really boring to see topics over and over again. Stop trying to be cool like that... you'll be warned when you do.

5.) Do Not Impersonate other Members. This is total douche factor to that particular person if you do so.

6.) Do Not Create Multiple Accounts for mischief. If multiple accounts are detected, staff can easily find out who you are. (Thats why we're the staff)
All accounts will be checked by the appointed staff for deciding the outcome of the accounts, with possible deletion. To change your name just ask the admins...

7.) Do Not Link to Inappropriate Websites. Dangerous links and Porn Sites are strictly prohibited. Nothing of the sort should be posted.

8.) Do Not Repost Copyrighted Material or Topics. Don't copy posts from another site, unless you asked them or he/she says you may.

9.) Any sort of disruption to the community will result in disciplinary action. Do not disrupt the community in any way. The sort of penalty here may result in a lifetime ban depending on your actions.

Penalties

-1st offense = WARNING without infraction
-2nd offense = 24 Hours Ban
-3rd offense = 3 Days Ban
-4th offense = 1 Week Ban
- 5th offense = 1 Month Ban
- 6th offense = Permanent Ban
